Dr. Ekaterina Wilson
Ekaterina Wilson is a leading case manager at our law firm, where she specializes in international visas and guides clients through complex immigration processes. Known for her strategic vision and compassionate approach, she helps individuals, families, and businesses achieve global mobility. Her experience ensures seamless interaction with government agencies, helping clients achieve success in a variety of legal matters.
Ekaterina has lived in the United States since 1996 and holds a doctorate in education. She also teaches English to immigrants and prepares them for the citizenship exam.
Case Manager
Alexandra Benestad
Alexandra Benestad is our firm's case manager and paralegal, combining experience in the legal, social, and educational fields. She graduated from the University of Arizona with a BA in political science and Russian, Magna Cum Laude. Previously, Alexandra worked for the Arizona Department of Child Protective Services, where she developed family safety and well-being plans, and for law firms as an administrative assistant. Her teaching experience in South Korea and the UAE strengthened her intercultural communication skills and her empathetic approach to people. Alexandra is fluent in English and Russian.

Andreas Romero
Andreas is a bilingual paralegal fluent in Spanish and English, dedicated to guiding clients through the complexities of U.S. immigration law. He earned his degree in International Relations from Arizona State University, where he developed a strong foundation in global affairs, cross-cultural communication, and immigration policy.
Andreas has extensive experience assisting attorneys with a wide range of immigrant and nonimmigrant visa matters. Known for his attention to detail and clear communication style, he works closely with clients to ensure they feel informed and supported throughout the legal process.
